The booking point at Floaters Tackle soon filled up as soon as the smell of bacon cooking whiffed along the road, thanks to the lads and lasses that helped with the prep and serving of the food and drinks on the day and also to the local Asda for supplying the food so that we could maximize profits and donation it to the charity.  
 
Without a doubt this years event has been the hardest to organise but it all came good in the end with a truly excellent prize list from some new sponsors and some that help year after year, without this support this event would be a non started, many many thanks to all.
 
The Lacon Arms also did us proud by laying on food for the hungry whilst the results of the match were worked out, thanks to the landlord and staff for making everyone feel so welcome.
 
The event raised a magnificent £1400+ on the day from match entry fees and the raffle, everyone involved should take time out to think how much happiness this day has produced for so many children and their families that are cared for at the hospices in our area, you have the right to have that warm feeling inside and in many cases the welling up of the eyes no matter how tough you think you are.
 
Shock win for Team Norfolk.
 
Once all the totals were added up the results came out that somehow Norfolk had won this years title of ICC(s)M Winner and the shield was presented to the team captain.
